The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is issuing an exemption in response to a request submitted by Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC (HDI), on behalf of Holtec Indian Point 2, LLC and Holtec Indian Point 3, LLC on March 24, 2022.
